The Research

  • Test the zoo app

Working as a team of three, we helped each other do some of the research

  • User Research - interviewing users who have visited the zoo and seeing if they have used the Park Zoo app

  • Prioritize what information is most important on the mobile app

  • Doing Affinity mapping - User Research Synthesizing data - seeing what the user pain points are. Some pain points were Inaccurate and confusing map

  • Users were unaware there was a Woodland Park Zoo app and many users just did not want to download the app there was no incentive to do so

  • The researcher performed the Competitive Analysis

The Problem

Laura has trouble finding her way through the zoo. Laura needs way to navigate the zoo because she wants to give her kids a fun and educational experience.
